How should you use Prismatic Dye safely?

The public official announcement does not show the exact Dye menu or acquisition route. In the current build, start only from an eligible Prismatic Evomon and follow the visible customization prompt. If the option is missing, do not assume any normal Evomon can accept Dye. Recheck the target’s displayed variant label and your server version. A community video title can point to a task, but it cannot replace the resource and eligibility details shown by the live interface.

Is Prismatic Dye the same as a Prismatic mutation?
