Bubble begins with a modest 260 total stats, led by 47 SpA and 45 SpD, while its 40 Spe is the lowest figure in the spread. Its skill list does not stay purely special: Water Gun and Tsunami Whirl deal special damage, but Mud Slide, Power Strike, and Bubble Beam are physical. The later Water options add distinct effects. Tsunami Whirl builds Soak, Vortex gains 40 Skill Power when Soak is active, Bubble Beam clears Bubble's stat debuffs, and Water Pulse gains 15 Power for each Water-type skill used.
Obtain route
Select Bubble as one of the starter Evomon choices. The source lists it at a starting level of 5, so this route begins with a level-5 Water Evomon rather than a documented wild encounter or egg source. Bubble's obtain record contains no location, egg, capture item, or encounter condition.
After making the starter choice, Bubble can remain in its first form or be developed toward Bubboxer. Its page records the first evolution at level 35 and requires 10 Evolution Stones together with 10 Water Element Stones. Those are the only acquisition and progression details stated for Bubble itself.
Evolution cost
Bubble opens a three-member line: Bubble, Bubboxer, and Bubblade. The first change becomes available at level 35, when Bubble evolves into Bubboxer with 10 Evolution Stones and 10 Water Element Stones.
The line continues beyond Bubboxer at level 90. Reaching Bubblade from that middle form costs 30 Evolution Stones and 25 Water Element Stones. Bubble's own entry lists no alternative branch, and Bubblade is the final name shown in the recorded line.

The base total is 260. SpA is highest at 47, followed by SpD 45, HP 44, Atk 43, Def 41, and Spe 40.
Element multipliers
Water attacks deal 2x damage to Fire, Ground, and Rock, but 0.5x to Bug, Dragon, and Grass. Bubble takes 2x from Electric and Grass while resisting Fire and Steel at 0.5x.
Team decision
Choose Bubble if you want the Water starter and intend to follow its listed evolution route toward Bubboxer and Bubblade. Its documented kit eventually covers Soak setup, Rain weather, speed reduction, self-cleansing, and both physical and special Water damage. The tradeoff is visible in its first-stage numbers: 260 total stats and 40 Spe leave it with a much smaller spread than its evolved forms. Electric and Grass attacks also hit it for 2x damage.
